The Data Privacy Foundational
Course focuses on the fundamental concepts and principles of Philippine data privacy law.
THE PROGRAM
The Data Privacy Competency Program aims to enhance the quality of data privacy education in the Philippines and democratize the accessibility of data privacy education in the Philippines. It serves as a mechanism to ensure that anyone interested in data privacy will be able to have a better understanding of the DPA and its application to actual situations.
The framework of the Data Privacy Competency Program and how the NPC intends to conduct public education in partnership with the private sector are set forth in NPC Circular 2023-02.
